How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your email. The link expires after 2 hours for security.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Go to your device Settings, then Subscriptions, and find MyPromiseKeeper to manage or cancel.
Can I transfer my data from another prayer app?
We don't have automated import yet, but we'd love to help. Email us at support@mypromisekeeper.app and we'll work with you to bring your prayers over.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings. This permanently removes all your data within 24 hours, including prayers, reflections, group memberships, and device tokens. This action cannot be undone.
