Welcome to MyPromiseKeeper, a product of Workhorse Solutions, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our application and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MyPromiseKeeper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
To use MyPromiseKeeper, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create in MyPromiseKeeper, including prayers, reflections, gratitude entries, and any other text or data you enter. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and, where you choose, to others you share it with.
4. Acceptable Use
When using community features (prayer groups, public prayers, friend connections), you agree to:
- Treat other users with respect and kindness
- Not post content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing
- Not impersonate other users
- Not use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
- Report content that violates these guidelines
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
MyPromiseKeeper offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by the respective app store's terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
- Refunds are handled through the respective app store's refund process
6. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You can export all your data or delete your account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes all your data within 24 hours.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep MyPromiseKeeper available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
8. Intellectual Property
MyPromiseKeeper, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us. Bible verses displayed in the app are in the public domain or used under applicable licenses. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our application or its design.
9. Limitation of Liability
MyPromiseKeeper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of MyPromiseKeeper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
